Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
Further images made public as part of the current congressional release.
